你的数据，你说了算Your data, your call
- 无需账号。餐食与身体资料保存在你的设备上。
- No account. Meals and your body profile stay on your device.
- 先同意，再上传。只在你同意后上传缩小、去除元数据的餐食照片，用于营养估算。
- Consent first. A resized, metadata-stripped meal photo is uploaded only after you agree.
- 健康数据只在本机。健康读数不上传、不用于广告。
- Health stays local. Health readings are never uploaded or used for ads.
- 随时删除。可撤回上传同意、导出 CSV，或删除本机与服务器照片。
- Delete anytime. Revoke uploads, export CSV, or delete local data and server photos.

AI 估算准吗？
How accurate are the AI estimates?
识别和营养数值是估算，会受拍摄角度、份量和做法影响。请按实际吃下的份量校对，也可以直接修改食材克数或告诉 AI 哪里不对。
They're estimates and depend on angle, portion and cooking. Check them against what you ate, edit ingredient grams, or tell the AI what's off.

不是。优卡记不是医疗器械，不提供诊断、治疗或医疗建议。需要严格控制饮食时，请遵医嘱。
No. BetterCal is not a medical device and doesn't provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. Follow your doctor's guidance for strict diets.

Does it cost anything?
记录、编辑、趋势与导出免费；云端识别提供免费额度，具体次数以 App 内显示为准。iPhone 版可选会员订阅。
Logging, editing, trends and export are free. Cloud analysis has a free allowance shown in the app; the iPhone app offers an optional membership.
换手机后记录还在吗？
Do my records move to a new phone?
iPhone 版可选开启 iCloud 同步；Android 版目前保存在本机，可先导出 CSV 备份。
The iPhone app can sync with iCloud. The Android app keeps data on the device for now; export a CSV as a backup.
